Raise pre flop is fine - call on the flop a bit dubious. Pot odds are ok though.
King hits - bingo - so your raise is reasonable.
River also ok - how high do you think he would have called?
I have to think he had a club flush draw - $3 bet on the river smells of missed draw. Perhaps he had KJ clubs and paired on the flop? then 2 pair on the turn?
