At the risk of tempting fate I've finally managed something that has eluded me for a while. Back to back winning sessions. Opting for a 50NL game and a simultaneous $5 SNG I crashed out in 5th place of the tourney but hardly put a foot wrong in the cash game finishing $87 to the good after 100 hands and now running hot at 30PTBB/100 at 50NL. Two biggest hands of the night below.

Good to see you are back in the saddle, I like yout call on the turn with the set, as you say this probably led to him shoving the river which was a good result. I've barely tossed a virtual chip this week and also my Poker Office is finally back up and running but it doesn't work with Omaha i've discovered....doh!
Yes - felt good to rack up a win. I think I still have $280 to win back to get to a new high water mark.
The minraise on the turn is very often a monster so I was worried about what he would show up with given my recent bad run. I did think that with the lack of draws and having position a call was the better play and so it worked out.
The other hand I was again dreading getting shoved on. He took an age to make the call though so knew I was good.
May manage a little game tomorrow but will be pretty busy for the weekend. I do need to buy some new furniture before having a live poker night at mine.
You seem the model of consistancy this year although I knew you've had to dig yourself out of a few holes.
