How about it?
For starters how about a $250 buy in SNG. If we get 8 people then winner get a buy-in for a $2000 SNG in Macau.
If that works well we could even look at having a Satellite for the $10,000 man tournament with Lamma sending our own representative. That would suit me. Maybe 5 of us putting in $2000 each and then the losers can still go and play the SNG side-events.
That would also make it easy for certain people to justify their trip because they won it. If you lose you of course don't mention it!
So I'm looking at
2 Lamma Satellites for SNG games ($500) in advance...
$2000 Lamma Satellite for $10,000 tourney entry (play on Friday maybe in Macau?)
HK$500 Satellite on Friday night
HK$2000 SNG on Saturday
HK$2000 SNG on Sunday.
So a maximum spend of HK$7,000.
Accommodation plus tournament fees and transport HK$2,000.
A bit of F&B it would work out maybe around 10K for the weekend.

Ah if only. I'll have to use my winning from this year to fund next year's attempt at the main prize.

yes i do think it will attract "pros" going to need at least $30,000 then of course you will need money to play poker or pokeher
