Ribs and Poker - Live

Hands from the live game...in no particular order.

Don v Phillberto
Under the Gun Don possibly very likely to be tilting Puts moves allin for his latest rebuy of HK$200. Its folded to Phillberto who takes a gamble with KJo and finds himself a solid outsider to ATo.

Phillberto v Don
Rick raises to $10 and is called by Phillberto, Don and Deadly.
Flop QJT all clubs
Rick checks, Phillberto bets $30, Don minraises to $60. Deadly calls and Phillberto pushes.
Don calls for $200 more and Deadly folds.
Phillberto has TT and Don K9 for the straight which holds up for a $600 pot.

Phillberto v Moocher
A limped multiwaypot.
Flop is Qx 8clubs 5clubs
Phillberto bets and gets two callers.
Turn is a 4
Pot of $100 and Phillberto leads out and is called by Moocher
River is a club and Phillberto puts Moocher allin for his last $100.
He calls and takes it down with a KQ flush.

Bigshot v Deadly
Q58
A limped multiway-pot and Deadly raises heavily when the turn is a 3.
Bigshot calls.
The river brings a third suited card and Bigshot leads for $85 and is called by Deadly for a near $500 pot.
A flush for Bigshot and Deadly mucks his 67 and straight.
Don v Spicer
Spicer raises $12 preflop and doesn't get much in the way of action until Don on the Big Blind pushes allin. Its an instacall with Pocket Rockets from Spicer and Don shows down a lowly T9 that even hits trips.

Deadly v Don
Deadly bets into Don on the flop
of 468 and again on the turn when a King hits
and then faces an overbet allin when a Queen lands on the river.
Deadly thinks and calls with K8 and Don mucks having misread a hand that he thought was a straight.

Phillberto v Spicer
Phillberto raises and is called by Spicer.
A Kxx flop and Spicer Check-raises the flop c-bet allin and is called.
Phillberto's AA holds up against Spicers A7 bluff.

Phillberto v Spicer
In a very similar hand. Phillberto raises and calls another check raise allin.
Once again his AA holds up and Spicer mucks.

Prior to this hand Don discovered the joy of aggressive poker and took down pot after pot by betting each street building quite a nice stack.

Phillberto v Deadly
Phillberto raises from UTG $20 and is called by Deadly on the button.
Flop KJ4
Phillberto checks. Deadly bets 30 and Phillberto calls.
Turn brings a 4.
Its checked down.
River brings a 9
Deadly bets $50 and is called.
He shows J9 expecting to be ahead but the board had paired and KQ was good for Phillberto.
Your 3 pairs no good donk ;-)

Phillberto v Moocher
Phillberto raises and is called in the blind by Moocher.
A63 flop
Phillberto c-bets and is called.
Turn is a 5 and its checked down.
River is a blank and Moocher leads out for $50 and is called.
A5 for Phillberto beats AQ for Moocher.

Moocher v Bigshot
Another multiway flop of J98
Bigshot leads out and gets one caller, Moocher.
Turn is a 5 and Bigshot leads out again and is called.
The river doesn't seem to make any difference.
Bigshot pushes and Moocher calls.
Bigshot shows down 67 for the dummy end of the straight and Moocher has QT for the nuts and takes down a bog pot.

Moocher v Deadly
Moocher raises from the Big Blind after a multiway limped pot and Deadly is only person to stick around to see a flop
Flop comes T86 rainbow.
Moocher bets and Deadly calls.
Turn brings a 4.
Moocher bets out again and is called.
The rest of the money goes in on the river.
Moocher show trip 10s and Deadly reveals a straight to felt Moocher, a feat which he manages three times.

Don v Phillberto
Don raises from the cutoff. Deadly minraises him in position. A quite short stacked Phillberto pushes and Don calls and Deadly folds.
Its a race. AK for Don against pocket 10s
The tens hold up and Phillberto doubles up plus some dead money.

Phillberto v Don
A limped pot.
Flop is 9 6diamond 3diamond and Phillberto bets out $12 and is called by Don
Turn is a J and Phillberto leads for $30 and Don calls.
The river brings a K diamonds.
Phillberto checks and Don bets $50 into a $100 pot.
Phillberto calls and Don shows the Ace high flush which beats J9 with a 9 high flush.

And another felting of Moocher that I had forgotten.

Moocher v Deadly
Deadly calls in the cutoff and Moocher checks in the Big Blind.
Flop KK3
Moocher bets and Deadly calls
Turn and river are seeming blanks and Moocher moves allin on the river.
Deadly calls and shows a flopped full house to beat Moocher's K9.
