As a result of recent policy changes at NETELLER, members in Hong Kong will no longer be able to transfer funds with online gambling websites using the NETELLER service.

Things got a lot more difficult. It seems Moneybookers is the way to go. A little bit of financial jiggery-pokery required to avoid fees. I'm hoping Stars will oblige by allowing withdrawals directly to Money-bookers (normally they insist it goes out to the same source you deposited).
Some sites do allow you do withdraw to a different source so still possible to move funds around for free from site to site.
